Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot (1725-1804)
This is Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot, he is a french inventor also. He invented the first moving automobile.This was a heavy -steamed powered tricycle. He was in the french military engineered division. He built two tricycles, the first one was in the year of 1760 and the second one was in the year of 1770. The second one survives in a museum in Paris. This tricycle was built for human travel.This was the size of a small bus. It had one wheel under the boiler and two wheels on the back. It had two cylinder steam engines.This was manufactured because Louis XV was interested in it. This tricycle would always tip over, because of it’s imbalance. This is why this man was crucial to development of cars.
